We start with a consultation call to get a clear understanding of your goals, challenges, and strengths. We also want to know what you truly expect from training with us and let you know what we expect of you. Upon completion of the consultation call, if together we determine that training with is a good fit, we move to step two and schedule your whole body assessment.
STEP TWO
We'll Do A Whole Body Assessment
The whole body assessment is broken up into three different segments. The fitness assessment, the nutrition assessment and the lifestyle assessment. This will give us a clear understanding of your starting point so that we can give you the best plan possible to help you reach your health and fitness goals in the safest, most effective and time efficient way. We’ll provide you with the different membership options to get you there and then we’ll get you signed up.
STEP THREE
We'll Outline Your Transformation Plan
Your transformation plan is created based on the results of your assessment. Your fitness program could be predominantly HIIT training, strength, cardio or a combination of 2 or more. Your assessment will help determine the best course of action for your exercise plan. Your nutrition assessment will help us get a clearer understanding of which combinations of foods will best benefit your fat loss, energy,  metabolism, hormones, and health. And finally, your assessment will help us understand your challenges so we can provide you with simple tools to address those challenges.
STEP FOUR
We'll Implement Your Transformation Plan
When implementing your plan we expect 3 things.

Commit To Be Fit
By showing up to the classes outlined in your plan consistently. Giving 100% effort in each class and follow the coaching cues and guidelines of your trainer. 

Eat Consciously
By consuming nutrient-dense, real, whole foods that are minimally processed in the combinations and servings sizes recommended for your personal health and fitness needs for optimal results. Follow your balanced nutrition guidelines with the adjustments recommended by our nutrition and wellness coach. 

Live Healthier
By making healthier choices with regard to every aspect of your life. We will give you a weekly tools to implement and/or work on in your daily life in order to make healthier living a part of your normal day to day.
STEP FIVE
We'll Re-Assess & Maintain
At the end of every month, we re-assess to ensure that you are moving towards your health and fitness goals and not moving further away from them. We will evaluate the outcomes and make adjustments to your plan as needed. This also ensures that you're able to maintain a healthier way of living, your fat loss results, sustainable daily energy and overall better health.
